3 tablespoons coconut milk
2 tablespoons usual conditioner
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 well-ripe avocado
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey

Knead all fruit spares, add honey and olive oil and apply the mask immediately on damp hair, concentrating more on the tips. After massaging wick by wick, put on a cap and let the mask act for half an hour. Wash as usual with shampoo and conditioner.

Source of vitamin C and beta carotene – natural pigment found in vibrant color plants – the carrot mask is indicated for those with “mixed hair”, ie, oily on the roots and dry at the tips. This is because it has a mild astringent action while promoting hydration.

1 carrot
4 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons moisturizing cream

Chop the carrot into small pieces and beat with the milk for three minutes in the blender. Strain this juice and mix with the moisturizing cream. Apply to damp, clean hair and let it act for half an hour. Remove all the product, use the conditioner and let it dry naturally.


With abundant fatty acids, cocoa moisturizes, lowers the volume and gives more luster and flexibility to the wires. It is indicated for brittle wires by the constant use of chemicals and should be applied only along the wires, never on the scalp.

200 ml water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon chocolate powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon moisturizing cream

Put the water in the fire and mix the starch gradually. When you boil, add the chocolate and let it thicken a bit. Put the mixture in a pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Apply to clean and moist hair, let it act for half an hour, and after removing all the product with plenty of water, use the conditioner and let it dry naturally.

Tip: Curly hair should be washed only two or three times a week, and hydration should be done on one of them.
